Internet was spotty! There was food in the refrigerator from the previous people! So not clean! Smelled of chlorine so bad and I was all the way down the hallway on the first floor. The person that checked me in I assume the owner or manager wanted my credit card that I used when I paid on Expedia and should not have been charged from them at all but wanted it so I gave it and then told me that it would be a $20 per person per day charge for my goddaughter to go swimming and that is the only reason that I got the room in the first place and if I would have known I would have added her to my registration because she's a child and it wouldn't have cost me anymore but he went and charged my card without advising me and that really ticked me off! So please read the Google reviews and all the reviews for this place it is not a great place to stay the beds were awful and made my husband's back hurts so bad the whole time we were there! The breakfast was not great and everything seemed to be watered down and not tasteful! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

The staff man tried to charge my card twice before I had got to the hotel when I had specially put on my app that I'd pay for it when I got to the hotel so when I had arrived he said it declined twice & I had said ya because I was using a different card. That's so unprofessional. & To have each guest pay $20 a person to swim is so ridiculous. The pool rooms ceiling is leaking every where which creates mold & my room was on the 3rd floor with a humidifier so that means mold was in the room & my son woke up sick. Very horrible stay & workers. They seem to just want to scam people instead of making their hotel a great place for people to stay at & want to come back.

The room was not a handicap as requested, it was not as pictured, it was not real clean and the pillowcases were wrinkled. If I were you I would no longer do business with them.

Room and amenities the entire place was in horrible shape. I could have spent less money and gotten a nicer room at motel 6 I chose this hotel based on pictures we stayed at motel 6 on previous stays which throughout the country they’re just not that great but I opted for baymont this time thinking it would be much better I’d never been to one. I will probably never go to one again the owners/managers should be ashamed.

Very clean rooms, pool/hot tub area. Smelled clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Had the biscuits and gravy, sausage and egg. Very full, even close to end time! VERY friendly staff. Woman who checked me in was the absolute sweetest and had such a beautiful smile and laugh. Very personable. I’m local and will definitely stay again!

Rooms were grossly dirty. At check in, we waited for 10 minutes while we could hear and see the couple in the room and couldn’t be bothered to check us in.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Once we arrived, we were advised the elevators were broken and we had to drag our luggage up three flights upstairs only to find, blood on the comforters and the sheets. As soon as I lifted the pillow up, there was a bug that ran from underneath the pillow there were bugs on the walls. There was brown stuff on the walls that appeared to be feces, there’s what appeared to be black mold in on the walls. We went down to till the clerk, he said the rooms were just cleaned and we don’t have anything like that here and refused to refund our money. They charged my card twice. This place is a terrible hotel and I will be contacting the better business bureau. This place needs to be condemned.

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it’s up there. I definitely paid too much for this place compared to other hotels that are much nicer. Elevator was broke. Breakfast was okay. Cereal was stale. The waffle maker saved the day. There was also, sausage, egg patties, bagels, toast and mini chocolate covered donuts. Beds and linens looked dirty and not very comfortable. I had to ask for the shampoo bottle to be refilled because it was empty. There is an ice maker that actually works and is free! All in all— not terrible but not great.

The property is in need of a complete refresh. Management has addressed the issue of humidity in the rooms with in-room dehumidifiers (which is great), but really needs to renovate the rooms, and replace the furnishings.

Do not stay here! I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel like I have to for this one. The room we stayed in was not clean: used towels and soap left behind, carpet felt disgusting and smelled, bathtub was dirty. Breakfast was very basic and not replenished in a timely manner. The gym was unusable. The new owner was not very friendly and probably isn't familiar with the hospitality industry. This place needs to be renovated. Totally not worth what I paid for. There are other options nearby.

Not impressed

Ok to stay one night but needed updating in the room. Plaster cracking, bad paint jobs, fixtures not secured.. there was decent ac and hot water. The carpets were sketchy and halls warm & musty. Breakfast was available & you could grab something to get you on your way. The elevator was broken & since we reserved a king bed, we had to climb 3 floors to get to it. Nothing notified us prior to us booking the room & we had already paid online. If it’s late & you’re tired, it’ll get you through the night.
