"I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from 13–14 June. While the hotel was convenient for airport travel, I have been disappointed by the handling of a concern that I raised during my stay. Before checking out, I reported a missing personal item to the front desk and was advised that the matter would be looked into. I later followed up by telephone and was again informed that an investigation would be conducted. Since then, I have been waiting for some form of update...

"On the plus side: The hotel is very quiet. The insulation must be top notch. Three hundred yards away, you can see planes taxi on the runway and none of that can be heard. Likewise, no noise from neighbors. Kudos! Noise is my chief complaint when I travel. The rooms are modern, the furnishings even a bit cool, and everything is clean. The food and service were good at the restaurant. Reception staff also were helpful and friendly. On the negative side: There was a fire alarm around 10 pm. No...

"Great place to stay. We stayed here the night before we flew out of Paris. I wish our stay could have been longer! The room was big but cozy, with a fridge and dishwasher in the little kitchen area, tv, and couch. The breakfast was great. There is a small mini mart in the lobby with snacks and drinks. Front desk staff was very helpful."

"Our flights to Paris were changed due to an airline cancellation, therefore we couldn’t use the room. This hotel will not work with us on a refund even tough we tried to cancel our reservation 3 months before arrival and we explained it wasn’t our fault. The airline changed our route, it wasn’t our fault and they still wouldn’t work with us. We asked if we can change the dates, so we can visit Paris later in the year and they still wouldn’t do that.
