"First impression was great, lobby smelled clean and front desk was super friendly and personable. Initial look at the room also great! However, about 10:30pm we took a bad turn. There was a power surge in which the TV turned on and blasted noise ( we jumped out of the bed thinking we were being punked) as well as the AC blew out. We figured out the TV as the remote was no where to be found but the AC was another story. I unplugged it thinking it might reset itself and was able to get it going again . At midnight I called the front desk thinking a fan might be nice as now we had zero airflow and no working AC. Night shift was zero help. I continued to mess w it and realized I could turn on the heat mode to at least get the fan working. Needless to say the AC unit heeds serviced or replaced. Second issue was the fire alarm blinked neon green lights all night causing the room to look like a disco. This is not a corp owned and operated location but a franchise. The owners need to do some maintenance work to get things operating to best western standard.
BTW: no fan was ever brought and no swapping of rooms was ever offered.
After a terrible night of no sleep we finally said screw it and left at 4:30am as we couldn’t take the heat and party lights anymore."
"Decent place, great rate, staff was really nice and welcoming. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept on. I wish I would have checked the brand. This is the mattress I’m going to buy for our new house. Great location right off highway and quick distance to practically anywhere."
"I know the price was cheap but this one was a definitely get what you paid for. The rooms were horrible and dirty. Nothing is updated. Holes in walls, broken or damaged pieces. The staff were rude and a huge language barrier."
