"My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights...

"Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last."

"This hotel is an absolute gem. From the staff to the hotel to the rooms to the amenities to the breakfast in the morning, everything was fantastic! In this hotel, we used the washing machines and dryers. So convenient. The room was very comfortable, the beds were amazing, the bathroom and shower were great!
I highly recommend this hotel."

"The only positive thing about our stay at this hotel was that the A/C blew cold. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. The room was filthy, and when we asked simply for the floor to be mopped we were met with attitude. The breakfast was very limited and not child friendly. All the sheets and towels were stained terribly."
