"Blinds were broken in my room, unable to roll it up or down. Mentioned it to staff- nothing done. 1 elevator was working, so there were long waits and you had to ride with cleaning carts. Parking lot is seperate from the building. An elevator down to "T" and a walk past the pool to another outside building to another elevator- not convenient. "I had a quiet, peaceful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops in the downtown area of Decatur which was also very well maintained and quaint. Overall I had a fabulous stay!"

"I stayed for 3 days i eequested service daily and didnt recieve it . They also told me they didnt clean the rooms until the 3rd day wich on the 3rd day i did not recieve. Although the desk clerks reported it to maintenance, it was never fixed during my stay. As a result, I got almost no sleep because of the constant beeping."
