"Suited my needs perfectly!! The room was small but adequate for me as a single traveller for an overnight stay. The hosts are helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was some heavy rain during our stay that caused a lot of leaks inside the main building and caused the outdoor cafe & kids area to close (unexpectedly, without warning)!
Apparently this happens a lot when it rains heavily- we adjusted during our wonderful stay, so it didn’t impact us … but this does need to be addressed for anyone visiting with a young family - sorry!

"The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours.
The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan...

"Hotel does need some maintenance doing, our room had some damp in a patch in corner. flakey paint on wall in bathroom. At breakfast there was a bulb going in the main light which was flashing all the time we were having breakfast. Fire exit handle was broken in restaurant and fire extinguisher needs looking at.
