"This place is quite stunning. It is also very secure with the attached parking garage key coded. Our room was so large and tastefully decorated. The layout was perfect for us as the separation of living and sleeping areas enabled the early riser to be up and about while the other slept in. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate tub and shower. The breakfast is varied and very well managed. The food in the AVI restaurant was very, very good and fairly priced. One can hear the city church bells nearby, but we didnt find it bothersome. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Holli, the Senior Sales Manager, made our stay truly unforgettable. She reached out before our arrival to help us celebrate my wife's birthday and had chilled champagne and delicious cheesecake waiting in our room when we checked in. That evening, Jacob, our waiter, provided exceptional service and even arranged a table for us in the Speakeasy before the live music began. Our steak dinner was one of the best we've ever had, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, and breakfast the next morning was equally delightful. From start to finish, this was easily one of the very best hotel experiences we've had in Wichita."

"Room was clean and check in staff was friendly and helpful when showing us about parking. The lighting in the room was kind of bare and dark in some areas and didn’t love that the only sink area was directly in the bathroom in the way of everything but for a quick weekend trip it wasn’t too bad."

"I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand."
