"Well organized hotel! Checked in at a busy time and everything was great. Was happy the parking did not cost an arm and a leg. Very well presented to prospective students. Thank you. Excellent choice if in the area. "

"The front desk staff upon check in was not very ending. The sale director upon check was outstanding. For a newer hotel, it’s a little run down and a little dirty. The housekeeping staff appears fine. The sales director is great. The support staff does not seem friendly. Maybe it’s a generational thing, but young people just don’t seem to possess that positive energy upon meet n greet and check in. Just an observation. "

"Kisha at check in was awesome!!! Only issue was neighbors smoking pot, smelling up the halls and room. No fault of the hotel."

"The room was very clean, the staff was awesome and the parking was what I was hoping for. Now there was a hidden clause I hadn’t counted on. An extra hundred dollars deposit was required for parking. When you book, it said, self parking is available. But overall, I would stay there anytime I visit Baltimore."
