"Getting there I felt like I was locked down at judged by staff at reception then had to pay a bond fee of 250 dollars !!! so funny how the lady ahead of us seem to not have to .
As for the room like you're buying the bed when you book a room you're buying the bed and this bed so uncomfortable noisy like it was 100 years old the fold out couch was better than the actual bed pretty disappointed the only good thing was the spa"

"Large clean and tidy room. The really annoying issue was the hot water did not run hot enough to run 2 baths.
Great location right on the wharf and one could walk to a great selection of cafes. Bars and restaurants.
Would definitely stay again.
Sorry to the reception guy for interrupting your game."
