"Pros: 1. Excellent breakfast with variety 2. Atmosphere feels welcoming Cons: 1. Poor cleaning, sofa and desk chair with visible stains. 2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure. 3. The fan was so loud, even by shutting it off, and it was still constantly blowing. "

"Housekeeping banging on the door at 8am asking if I was checking out? Why would anyone bang asking those questions when front desk should know each room extending or checking out. Very unprofessional and if I had been sleeping would she had just came in since she had her key out. Told front desk as I was leaving. "

"Do not look at pictures! Must have been done many, many years ago! Arrived around midnight after driving for 8 hours. Very tired, but needed a rest. Room was old and had a musty smell. TV was horrible! Fuzzy picture. Bathroom looked pretty clean until toilet didn't flush. Water had been turned off to toilet. If we used toilet we had to get water from sink to put into toilet tank. Turned water to tank on and realized why it was turned off. Ran all night.slept with clothes on above sheets. We had...

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."

"Cockroaches. Disgusting. It was our only option to stay at 1am after driving all day and we stayed to sleep for 4 hours but could barley do it as soon as we go into the hotel the front desk guy isn’t there and there’s a sign to call a number , we call it and then he comes out of a random room hair a mess like he just woke up . We get our keys quickly and head to our room, as soon as we open the door a moldy musty smell hits us in the face. We close the hotel door and there’s a massive cockroach...

"The staff here was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint i have is the walls are very thin. You can hear people talking in the next room and people walking above. "
