"Unfortunately this hotel left a lot to be desired. The showers didn’t have hot water (just warm), but the larger problem was the spa. The dream pool was disgustingly dirty, smelly and unhygienic. When I reported this to the staff, there was 0 follow up or apology. I’d consider it a health and safety violation, and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Nice hotel for what it is. Small-ish rooms with the shower in the middle of the room but i guess that's the trend now for new hotels...? Super odd but is what it is. Staff is super helpful and really nice. Loved the free/unlimited tea as i dont drink coffee but they do have free drip coffee for those that do. Also really enjoyed that the hotels location is very central - 10 min walk to Temple St + Ha'penny Bridge, 10-15 min walk over the bridge to Trinity College, 20 min walk to the Guinness...
