"Loved this hotel! Beautiful building. Cool decor design. Great staff. Loved my breakfast and cocktail (not at same time). Only comment would be - entrance could have so much more potential. There is a cool gold carved door chained closed sadly on what would bring you into the beautiful grand dining room and possibly a path to check in desk. Instead, entrance around the corner thru regular glass doors and then you weave thru a glass hall which is kinda cool but not same feel as the rest of the...

"The hotel was nice. The room was cute. The shower was the best, strong water pressure it was fantastic. The staff is friendly. Hotel is clean from the lobby to the rooms. "

"This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it. "

"The entire experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. Entire staff is pleasant and helpful, restaurant and lobby bar are great, and lobby and rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Only small complaint is the expensive drink prices, but everything else more than makes up for it."

"Staff was nice! Maintenance and housekeeping was amazing! We were disappointed with the roof top bar because it was closed Thursday night and Friday there was an event so we didn’t experience it! Other than that it was amazing! There is a bar on the first floor so we were able to have a drink and relax! "
