The location of the hotel is amazing. So convenient for getting right on the river. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Brett and Stan were the absolute best and so accommodating! I’ll definitely be staying here every time I come down. Everything was very clean, and having fun restaurants right onsite was such a bonus!

I love this little gem ! Very clean ! The staff were amazing! Brent was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient :) The housekeepers were very friendly and kind. The servers, bartenders (Ashley, Fabian and Dave) and barbacks so friendly and fun ! I simply LOVE this place :) Thank you, we'll definitely be back !

A cute little place with an excellent location. A fantastic place to stay when you are visiting to see the rainbow river, springs, or nearby outdoor activities.

It was great. Very clean and convenient. Nice staff who were helpful. You can here outdoor noise from the road but at night it calms down. The couple in the next room were arguing and heard that but it was entertaining lol.

Diamond in the rough !! We will definitely be back ! Extremely clean staff were friendly and very helpful. Restaurant had awesome food and live music. Right on the water. Highly recommended !

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Private parking no cost. Blue Gator restaurant next to it with great food. Very convenient for spending the day at rainbow river kayaking.

Spot on experience for visiting the Rainbow River! Comfortable clean room with a tiki bar/ restaurant, Boat Rental’s and even an air boat tour pick up on site! The staff is happy and helpful. This is my second time to stay -so happy!

Pleasant staff with convenient location near Rainbow Springs and Rainbow River. Clean room kept at very cool temperature which was perfect with the Florida heat. Quiet location, slept great! Blue Gator next door is a super cute spot to sit and have a drink and watch the boats go by. Good food too!

Motel was nice and clean. Pillows are a little hard. Our AC unit was freezing up but it was fixed within minutes. Would go back again

The place was clean and staff was super nice . He was very accommodating with our big truck and boat to park in a small parking area . The location was great , we will definitely come back .

The room was nice as well were the staff. The adjoining restaurant was very good and well priced. This is a dog friendly establishment so keep that in mind. I would gladly stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great for the springs and kayaking. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The floors left the bottoms of our feet black with dirt, so those could use a little more attention. Overall would stay again.
