"Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…"

"There is no water pressure at all. Taking a shower was impossible. The bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen had better water pressure. The bathroom sink had no pressure as well. Very horrible accommodations."

"The outside looks scarier than the inside. The rooms are nice, clean and smell good. The outside had me worried the room was going to be awful but it’s not. The staff were really friendly, even after arriving super late because of our flight."

"When I checked, then I asked if there was a restaurant and they said yes I said how late is it open? They said till nine it’s right around the corner. I couldn’t find a menu anywhere so I went to the front desk. Nobody was there 15 minutes later I came back and there was someone from the office there they didn’t have any menus they made me a copy of the menu. Turns out the restaurant wasn’t even open that night. I had invited a date and it ruined my entire plans. Nobody knew what they were...

"This is a horrible hotel. They have a drug house in the back with crack heads and drug dealers coming in and out all hours of the night. They allow vicious pit bulls to roam off their leash. The rooms are filthy and run down with black mold everywhere in the rooms. Their is a bus depot in front of the hotel where you get stange people walking around the property who are waiting for their bus to come. The housekeepers are sweet and helpful. But the front desk ladies are not nice and helpful. They...
