"Great place to stay! They recently added the club house across the street with private beach access and breakfast by the water. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, happy hour and sunset by the beach were great. Ive been travelling vietnam for a month and this was hands down one of my favorite places to stay. Amazing for the price. Only a quick 10 minute inexpensive grab to get to hoi an old town. Highly recommend a stay at Ally Beach if you are in the area."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No standards of hygiene at all. Staff tried to charge me again when I arrived. Towels were dirty, lots of insects in the room, bed bugs in the beds, wardrobe absolutely stank, aircon not adequate for a big room, door lock was weak, fridge didn’t work and was filthy, loose wiring right by a shower head in the bathroom, very dangerous. "This property should NOT BE A 5 star hotel! At most it should be a 4 star hotel!! Unknown how they got the 5 star. Shower was leaking into the toilet area because the seals were worn out, cabinets were not closing properly, and some lights were not turning on. Other than that, staff was very good, buffet was great, amenities were good."

Breakfast was provided on 2 levels.. the bottom larger one offered plenty of variety, then 2nd top buffet was halal but still had pleanty of options,just a smaller sitting area. The highlight was the infinity pool, we really enjoyed being able to relax in after walkinga round all day. Overall great facilities and staff. Would come back."

"Five Stars Are Not Enough La Siesta was exceptional in every way, but what truly distinguished this hotel was the extraordinary care I received when I became ill. I mentioned a medical issue while checking in, expecting perhaps a recommendation for a local clinic. Within minutes, Ms. Sang arranged for the hotel doctor to examine me in my room. He determined that I needed hospital care. Manager Tien then seamlessly coordinated everything—contacting the international hospital in advance, providing my registration information, and arranging round-trip transportation. When follow-up treatment required daily trips to a hospital in Da Nang, she arranged a dedicated driver each day. Their care went beyond logistics. When I returned from the hospital still feeling unwell, Ms. Tien thoughtfully sent hot soup and ginger tea to my room without being asked. She and Ms. Sang continued checking on me through WhatsApp throughout my stay. I truly felt cared for like a family member. The resort itself is beautiful and lush, and breakfast at The Temple was outstanding, with a changing buffet featuring Hoi An specialties and helpful explanations of the local dishes. My daughter and son-in-law, who occupied our second room, also received excellent service. I feel incredibly fortunate that I chose La Siesta. The beauty of the property, wonderful food and exceptional service would easily earn five stars—but the compassion and genuine hospitality of this team made my stay unforgettable. Five s"
