"Room was spotless and the staff was fantastic"

"The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. "El mejor,de este lugar, son el personal que atiende. Siempre muy atentos y amables. La comida y el desayuno ,estan buenos. La habitacion (suite) no esta buena,pues no tiene manutencion. Los placares del bano resucios. Habia aranhas en el costadito del techo. Lo demas todo bien. Falta mantenimiento,no mas."
