"The property is well maintained and the staff were so helpful. It’s a peaceful distance from downtown but not too far. Everything is minutes away. 4 miles from Fall River entrance to RMNP. Slept with patio door open and slept peaceful with the sound of the stream!"
"We stayed in the motel room #2 & it was all clean, quiet, so beautiful at night with the lights all lit up. Easy access to town & RMNP! I think next time we will book sooner so we can snag a cabin with a private hot tub just because that sounds so wonderful. The playground was perfect for our little one & what an amazing backdrop of scenery while our little one played. Sound of the river was so nice as well. Tons of turkeys on site during our stay which we got a kick out of! We would love to...
"Easy to check in. The room was clean and quiet. The bed wasn't the highest quality but for the price was fine. There's a nice restaurant right across we walked to. The hotel is right on a creek and lots of areas the have a cookout or bonfire along it. "
"Boulder Brook on Fall River is ideal if you’re looking for a great location on the edge of Estes Park town. Close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mt NP, close to the river , and a quiet location it is ideal for a trip to the Rockies. Wild turkeys abound each day and housekeeping staff did a great job while we were out in the NP. "
"This beautiful property is great for a quiet getaway from the city or a more relaxed outdoor trip. We had a grill we could use as well as a full kitchen and dishwasher. Bed felt a little small so I'd definitely get a king next time and I definitely saw hot tubs as well. There were plenty of chairs outside to sit back and have coffee or a beer and just listen to the water. "
