"The gal in the office was amazing - so kind, friendly, and helpful! We loved our room. The kitchenette was perfectly what we needed, and the shower was great. The lock didn't work in the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was good. Not much breakfast, but we bought eggs at a nearby Safeway and were able to cook our own breakfast in our room. Great view and away from the busyness downtown! We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park."

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the...

"With two young kids this hotel was amazing. It was the perfect location to walk downtown and to the Estes Park Tram and made it easy to pop back and rest between activities. The s’mores were awesome and the river view was beautiful. Would come back every time and highly recommend!!"

"We were put in a room literally in a construction site. Not cool for this otherwise quite nicely located and outfitted hotel by a rushing creek and close to park. Very annoying!"

My only complaint is that my room was right by the breakfast dining room and I could easily hear the noise through the door in the morning. Other than that, great stay!"

"The hotel was incredibly clean and the cleaning crew came daily to replenish towels and make beds. They offered breakfast daily with hot coffee which is a great start for the day. Need to make a special shoutout for the front desk staff who joyfully let us check in a bit early since they had a room ready. All in all this was a great property within a short driving distance to everything downtown Estes."
