"We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place! "

"Hot tub on the porch was very nice! The location was close to everything that we needed to do in Estes. Room was clean and our stay was quiet. There were a number of activities to do at the property but we didn’t have time to try them. We will be back."

"Everything was wonderful at this property. The room was probably the best room we've ever stayed in. Very clean and the attention to detail was top notch! All of the staff were really helpful if we needed anything or had any questions.The breakfast was outstanding. The hot tub was clean, well taken care and the perfect temperature. Loved the sauna to! "It is a nice place to stay. The room is a good size and the larger dorm fridge and microwave are good. There is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance. It is very close to south entrance of Rocky Mtn. Natl. Park. Only quirk is the WiFi was rarely “connected” or working during my 4 night stay. It kept saying reset server modem. "

"In all honesty we won't be back. The checkin process was not clear. The sliding glass door entry was difficult, stuck glass door every time. The combo to access didn't work because its a lock box to access loose keys. No clue. The old bed was not comfortable. The pillows were very flat, all 4. There were many signs that the room was not cleaned or poorly cleaned. Actually found some dark hairs under the sheets. The floors were dirty too. Oh and the toilet was extremely low (I'm 5'2") Really...

"Spacious room. Great view. Nice hot shower. The quality of breakfast was unfortunately lacking. The fact that the only refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser are in the service room downstairs is quite inconvenient; and the “hot tub” was outside of the building in the open area made it practically unusable during Colorado winter. "

"The location was excellent. It was a 20 minute drive to either national park entrances. It was a short walk to most of the shops and restaurants in Estes Park. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again. "

"Parking great! Breakfast is okay. Yogurt cereal boiled eggs and bagels. Nothing fresh but okay. The rooms had bugs but i guess it might be normal since they are “cabins” looking rooms"

The room was clean and we had everything we could want. The breakfast on site is the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. They offered hot and cold choices - pretty much anything you can think of. It is located close to all activities in the area. I highly recommend this place! "
