"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice:
1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily.
2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic!
3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely!

"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. "The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening."

"Beautiful hotel close to the main area. The star to this property is the hotel staff from the concierge, to front desk and to the fabulous breakfast staff in the am. We had arrived late and the dining options were closing and kept the restaurant open for us and offered us a traditional Sicilian meal! First of many fabulous meals here. The roof top was great - we enjoyed a drink every night before dinner. A perfect stay for our week in Sicily!"
"Amazing location right in the heart of Taormina’s Main Street. All locations were walkable, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The room had all of the amenities you would expect, and then a lovely little touch of a complimentary mini bar. Ferdinando communicated so well leading up to and during my trip, and his recommendations of places to eat and things to do was perfect. I would recommend this place to stay to everyone! "
"The view on top of Castelmola is breathtaking. Its hard to reach with many serpentine, but it was worth it.
Lorenzo, the manager, was phenomenal. He was really kind and helpful with all our matters.
