"Amazing spa on site and you get 20% discount if you’re staying in the hotel. Shame the bar never seemed to be open. Would have been nice to have a drink there before going out and/or after coming home. Staff very nice and very helpful! 5 stars. If you’re wanting to visit Duomo. Be prepared to walk a lot. Takes about 30 minutes to walk. When it’s hot it’s quite a taxing walk. Especially if you’re sight seeing and doing a lot of walking around museums, the cathedral etc. maybe worth a taxi...

"The hotel is very nice, the lobby has a great layout and connects to the cafe where you can have breakfast and drinks as well. The room itself is small but still enough space for two people, intimate. The bathroom was always clean, they gave us fresh towels everyday, and there was nice shampoo/body wash available as well. The room was nicely air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in Milan, it’s a good distance from everything too."

"Not at 10. 9 at best Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan. Location was great. Communication was email only. No WhatsApp. Run by an independent service so no personal interaction. Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing! I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me. Not even a city map. I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was...

"Really cool apartment, lots of open space & good location. The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms while the other room’s was on which made it very uncomfortable for those sleeping in one of the rooms. The neighbors are also quite noisy through the night."
