"Staff where very friendly, but it was a maze to get to the room, clearer signs need to be put up to direct people to their rooms. Due to warm weather it would have been ideal for the rooms to have A/C"

Initial reception - given questionnaire with another guests details, spoke of our ‘standard room’ which I pointed out was incorrect - booked a superior room. "Hotel was clean and nice My tv didn’t work and asked for it to plugged in properly Foond out they had fitted new ones and no one had the expertise to connect the Ariel So even though I checked in Tuesday and left Friday they still couldn’t get it fixed My colleague booked in and they gave her a room and key card then said it was cancelled which was a bit weird and the succeeded in re booking her the same room"

"The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Staff helpful, communal spaces lovely for a drink in the evening.
