"I was unable to go into the property i waited outside the property gate for almost 20mins in the cold thankfully a guest who was headed out opened the gate and that was how I was able to get into the properties concierge. And the WiFi kept disconnecting from my devices all the time I have to keep reconnecting over again from time to time. And then 3 days to the end of my stay at the property my room keys stopped working I went and on my way back on getting to the property my key didn’t work I...

"The location was perfect for what we needed a the one night we stayed. We chose it mainly for the close proximity to a train station to get to the airport. The young woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. There was a lot of work being done in the hotel so it appears that they are making improvements. Our room was good sized but very sparse. We had a large open area with little furniture. Felt very strange. The bed was very comfortable"

"The location is fantastic and the room itself quite nice, but the airconditioner was on in February and I was unable to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Moreover, the shower was broken, with water coming out of a broken pipe rather than either of the shower heads. Clearly, both these problems existed before my arrival. No action taken by the hotel staff when I reported these problems. Shame."

"The room precisely matched the photos. Really pleased with the cleanliness and the location was extremely convenient. We had no issue with noise at all (as some other reviews mention). Room was on the 4th floor and the windows were totally soundproof."
