"After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. We feel like the place was advertised as something more than it was. Unfortunately I was charged 350 $ for my full stay of 2 nights by Expedia but didn’t spend 10...

"El trato del personal estupenda , salvo que nos cobraron un seguro que desconocíamos y se sigue sin solventar ese problema . La habitación horrible no teníamos ni mesita de noche y el ventilador hacia un ruido que no se podía ni encender del ruido y mucho ruido de gente discutiendo y no nos gustó compartir baño"

"　マドリードアトーチャ駅から徒歩圏内です。 トイレ、バスルームは共用ですが、部屋にはエアコンついております。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます！エレベーターはありません。 なにより！オーナーが優しいです。朝にホテル到着しましたが、チェックインまでカバンを預かってくれました。 闘牛をみて帰りが遅くなりましたが、嫌な顔せず鍵を開けてくれました。 空港までのタクシーも手配してくれ、朝早くのチェクアウトでしたが私の時間に合わせて起きてくれて、荷物も下まで下ろしてくれました。 日本語で挨拶もしてくれてほっこり。 短い滞在でしたが、オーナーの温かさを感じ良い時間を過ごせました！ "
