Great except for the music in the foyer that could be hear gently weeping through the bedroom walls during siesta. Perfect other than that. Personally we loved the fact that it was a family friendly hotel with lots of kids running around - also dog friendly too 😊😘

They had an event during our stay, which led to waiting in the parking lot for an hour to find parking. Pool was closed. Shower head broken. Place is very peaceful and serene. Very clean and staff helpful. Close to being an excellent hotel, just need to tie up some loose ends.

Cancelled my booking the evening before we were due to check in. Expedia sent an email. After a really long hard day of travel, to find out when we arrived at the hotel it was closed. Thats when I read the email. Really hard to read emails when riding a motorcycle across France & Spain. But hey, there are other hotels and websites

Es un lugar distante pero tranquilo y acogedor, nos gusto mucho, tiene un restaurante con muy buena comida lo que facilita no tener que estar buscando otro lugar para la cena por lo distante que está, no desayunamos pero imagino dueña muy bueno, yo lo repetiría si volviera a cuenca

Hace falta algunas mejoras … Como mosquiteras ya que entran moscas y abejas si abres la ventana y la verdad es que apetece abrirla para que entre el frescor de la noche. No hay minibar para guardar tus cosas y lo quieres vale 3€ por día. Los empleados muy amables y el servicio un poco lento pero no nos olvidemos que estamos para relajarnos así que vamos no me voy a quejar por ello. Si que recomienda la pizza para los niños está especialmente WAW….

De poner una pega no sería en ningún caso al alojamiento que es muy bueno, instalaciones, personal y limpieza, si no que para visitar Cuenca aunque está cercano en coche 5mi no lo es si querrías desplazarte a pie.

El hotel es acogedor en medio de la naturaleza. La decepcion fue que la piscina no funcionaba, solo esta abueeta en Julio y Agosto y eso mo lo dicen a priori. El cargador electrico para el coche solo hay uno y carga muy lento(5kw/h) lo que hace que jo ae puedan alternar varios coches el mismo dia

Estuvimos 2 noches muy a gusto, la familia, en 1habitacion Premium, con 2 camas de matrimonio. Las instalaciones estan muy bonitas y reformadas. Hay 1 salon para disfrutar con mesa de billar, mesa de.ping pong y 1 futbolin. El desayuno bufet es bastante completo y la amabilidad de las recepcionistas, hicieron la estancia muy agradable.
