"Amazing all around. Really nice staff, hospitality was 10/10. It was clean everywhere: pools, beach, gym, elevators, stairwells, just everything was SPOTLESS. That’s a very big deal for me. Breakfast was good.
My only complaint is the food at the restaurants wasn’t outstanding for the price, especially compared to what’s available outside the resort. I spent $60 on lunch at El Mirador and all I got was a ceviche, one glass of wine, some bread and water. The ceviche was nothing to write home about. I tried dinner too, spent about $90, and again nothing I’ll be thinking about again. I’m not surprised by the prices themselves, I was more surprised the food didn’t leave a lasting impression. On average I spent €20-€30 eating outside the resort and the food was just as good, if not better.
So I’d recommend leaving the hotel for food. Otherwise my stay was perfect and I’m looking forward to staying here again."
"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The staff were all friendly and welcoming during my stay . The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were changed each day .
There was a wide choice of options at breakfast and dinner. One evening guests at the option of a sushi station.
Good value for money, I was HB so paid for drinks with dinner each evening. They accept cash or card . Or you can upgrade to the drinks package.
The entertainment was fair, bingo was a favourite with many guests as well as live shows.
The World Cup tournament was on during my stay and the matches were shown in the lounge or select matches were on the local TV. There were several local bars showing all the games.
I would return to the hotel again ."
"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
"I had a 4 day trip with my 7 year old daughter and so researched like a dog with a bone, as I needed to be sure I could find a balance of solo-adult / child friendly amenities. This hotel was perfect, I was so pleased. First of all, the food - considering all inclusive - was absolutely fantastic, as were most of the drinks. The kids club and evening entertainment kept us both happy, as I got a few hours here and there to myself, plus we got to do things together evening, given the entertainment is geared towards everyone :)
I’m not exactly a ‘family hotel’ kind of girl, but honestly, this experience did the trick and I’m already looking at booking again!"
