"All the staff was very delightful. The place was clean new. We had an issue with shower in the room that we couldn’t get on called for help staff member couldn’t figure it out as well. The manager did come up and was able to show us what the issue was there was a button that need to be pushed, but her staff didn’t even know how. It was like no other shower that I’ve ever seen kind of in their defense we replaced in the handicapped accessible room. The problem was by not being able to take the shower. I missed a meeting and had to wait for the next meeting later in the day which necessitated another hotel stay down the road they did compensate me somewhat I just think they could’ve done a little better. I suggest that there should be signage on how to do it use the shower, but the manager informed me that corporate would not allow that kind of strange but what can I say? I’m not sure how they handle other problems again I just thought they could do a little better, but I must say that the manager was very respectful very nice and everyone else was as well. it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again and I think anyone that would use the hotel will be would be happy with this choice."
