"Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was a basic room with what we needed for a two night stay. It was clean and provided the necessities. Parking was safe and convenient. Breakfast was very basic. Waffles to toast, coffee and Juice, bagels, croissants, muffins and cereal. Nothing fancy. The A/C worked well which was key. You can hear traffic on I-95 but it didn’t prevent us from getting a good nights sleep. If you need total silence then don’t stay in the city… any...

But the air conditioner isn't very good at its job, even on high. I met another guest who said they were having the same problem. Then there was the matter of the smoke alarm. Its battery was dead and ALL night it would trill loudly every 5-10 minutes. Just enough time to yank me from my sleep. When finally I got up and spoke to...

"We were attend a conference and I must say that the staff was friend and accommodating. The food was good and the hotel conference rooms were comfortable considering that we had a very large group. The hotel did well in accommodating us. I was disappointed that the spa was out of service at the time of our vist but overall it was good."

"The room was absolutely disgusting, he in the toilet the wallpaper was coming off on every wall, stains everywhere on the carpet and puke stains on the shower curtains. Bedsheets were damp, in the morning woke up to see the sun shining through puke stained or something else stained curtains. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we finished driving 13 hours and got in at 1 AM and the kids are already asleep. Very disappointed that I spent $200 staying there for one night !"

"our room wasn’t clean and had dirty socks underneath our mattress and the mattress was broken. Springs were coming through. I booked a place because. it said it was newly renovated and for $1000 for two nights is definitely not worth it. I would like a refund. Thank you, Brian Burke"
