"Staff was careless and when I reported the room was not clean I was told some one would go up and clean I stayed 3 days and nothing happened. The sink was clogged up for almost the entire time I was there. It was terrible"

"Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses."

"This place was horrible. Check in was a disastrous experience. They wouldn't grant me my first floor request said that the second floor was the only room avaliable. However more than half of the rooms were empty. There was food all over the ceiling and walls in the kitchen. The air conditioner was turned all the way off when we first got into the room so we turned it on turned it all the way down it was 90° in there and it never got below 84 staff was horribly rude trash all over the ground...

"The rooms were clean, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the inside and outside. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area was rude and snapped at guests. The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful."

"I booked a Queen room well in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have any available. Instead of upgrading me for the inconvenience, they forced me to pay an extra fee for a King room. The hotel itself is incredibly old and outdated, with zero maintenance. To make matters worse, breakfast was basically non-existent: just some juice, milk, and two boxes of donuts that looked like they were bought the day before because they were completely stale and shriveled up. Save your money...

"Booked for 2 nights they checked us out after 1 night. Came back later that night they had to give us different room. Wires exposed had to have desk person put outlet cover on. Hair in bed ants crawling on nightstands. Woke up with bites but couldn't find any bugs. Terrible run down place, avoid staying here"

"It was clean, the staff was pleasant, and parking was good. I would prefer more lights in the hallway and security cameras on every floor, and security guard on site. Other than that, it was peaceful, nice quite atmosphere. I would stay there again."

"This was a worst experience, first the heat in the room didn’t work. The room had a bad odor to it, then the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. After being there only an hour I ended up leaving the pictures on the internet are not the same as in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. "

"condition of the place terrible, dirty sheets and bad smell in room, blood in doors, and sheets with cigarette marks on sheets, and staff was terribly unkind, i had 2 rooms reserved and she gave me rooms separated in opposite side of the buildings, worst experience that I can remember."

"There was roaches, it smelled like smoke in a free smoke room. They charge $10 more upon arrival cause I used Expedia."

"Staff,clean room, parking young lady at check-in and check out was superb. Need to hire more young people with her professionalism, smile and sense of humor! Very courteous!"

"You get what you pay for and we needed sleep! Beware the place is crawling with crackheads. People yelling at each other, people arguing with vending machines.. Again our fault for the price but goodness gracious 0 out of 5 stars do not recommend."
