"Terrible terrible septic smell in the room and hallway walking to our room"

"I accidentally made a duplicate reservation and canceled the second one, which was obviously unnecessary. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund due to their policies. The mistake lasted only about five minutes and didn’t cause any issue or block the room I had selected. Even so, they kept the full amount ($600). It would have been simple to refund the money back to my card, especially since the other reservation was used. Very disappointing, honestly."

"Oh my God this weekend began with a wsrm welcoming smile from the manager Jeanine. The room smelled cleaned, linens clean and aroma within tge room gave it a classy aroma, which i loved. The breakfast was amazing with more than enough options that were fresh and ready to serve. The staff were all on the A game and ready to accomodate. Above all Mrs. Jeanine made our stay the best of all making sure we were taken care of. She definitely went above and beyond, hotel is in between numerous great locations, restaurants, felt safe and secured. Our gratitude for her. Shes definitely a reason why the operation ran so well always getting updates from her staff as the internal line of communication was witnessed. Thank you, thank you so much. We will definitely return. "

"When we entering the property is was clean and the front desk staff was prompt and got me checked in quickly. Upon entering the room, which got across from the elevator unfortunately, the had a very strange smell. My wife didn't complain so we rolled with it. The floors seemed like they needed to be steamed cleaned because they just felt gross. The bathroom floor was not level at all, so that made the toilet run all the time. My daughter took a shower and said the water pressure was bad and the drain didn't drain well at all. I booked this place specifically because my wife wanted one with a hot tub so she could get in it, but decided not to because there were way to many people in it the times we thought about going in. Saturday we had to grab and go for Breakfast, which there were some decent items. Sunday we had time to sit and eat the usual breakfast items these hotels have. The waffle batter was pretty thin which made them not hold up to the syrup."

"So much to love, but under managed. The location is why I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s clean, and was better staffed this time. Management of this property is the issue, last time the 2 elevators, one broke and the other only went up, so I had to walk down 6 flights. This time the pool was closed. They offer no compensation for promised services not available. We need to get back to enforcing these things."

"This is my go to hotel when traveling but this time it was different, front desk girl was moody, they gave me a different room than what i asked for and the window shutter was not working so when waking up the sun was all on my face. Please keep the standards."
