"I absolutely love this place I stayed a while back here for 3 months solid daily and there very nice and quiet and they definitely make your stay a pleasant one whatever you need they are fast to get it to you . I just came back down here and I paid for my room It was way before check in time but I was tired and worn out from work just wanted a hot shower and a bed. They did not hesitate one bit they helped me in my room and didn’t ask questions. This is absolutely my favorite place to stay on...

"Clean staff and front desk accommodated me with everything I needed and sum….. worker love them very nice and let us know actually what we needed to know man at the bar was new and needed advice because I worked at a casino I let him know what he needed and how to really make his drink I feel that they need to really learn how to make drinks so that we wouldn’t have to go somewhere else to get them but he was new and I couldn’t complain he did what he could ….. and he helped us with our orders...

"This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge....

Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. "Near Frenchman street and French quarter, clean and nice, w private entrance- a couple of random people came and knocked on the door in the evening but they were just some guy who obviously expected someone else to be there and a guy wanting to use the water hose for his dog but this did not bother me"
