"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Well present from the outside and great staff at reception. Basic clean room. Noise from rooms next door toilet flushing and bathroom very loud and annoying. TV very temperamental accessing channels. Free parking next to the hotel available. Breakfast, very very basic, on par with the basic Ibis one. Restaurant, everything white, felt like a wedding was about to happen. Cook needs to lean the difference between medium well done steaks and rare steaks. Ours were still mooing on the plate."
