"Nice hotel, on a quiet neighborhood"

"Un bel hôtel classique, pas trop grand. Notre suite était superbe et très confortable. Le personnel, très efficace et chaleureux, était de bon conseil. Le restaurant sert de très bons plats espagnols, et la terrasse sur le toit permet de prendre l'apéro au son d'un guitariste discret. L'hôtel est un peu loin des sites historiques majeurs (45 minutes de marche), mais très près des belles boutiques de Madrid. On en a profité. Nous le recommandons et nous y retournerons."

"The property was exactly as pictured, very clean, modern, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was the communication. The WhatsApp messages didn’t seem to be monitored regularly, and getting the access codes was more difficult than it should have been. It was also frustrating that no one answered the phone every time I called. If they improved their communication and had someone available to answer calls or return them promptly, this would easily be a five-star...

"The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic."

"The AM reception looked strict, tired and even the Reception manager was neither genuinely friendly nor being helpful. Except the old lady, the rest of housekeeping staffs we encountered hardly smiled and did not even reply the simple greetings (like hello or good morning). We took a taxi in the morning ... the hotel staff just dropped the 6+ big luggage to the taxi driver (when none of us was there yet to attend our luggage); he didn’t help carry any of them to the car and luckily they’re not...

"This was a gem. Everything was practically brand new and the price was unbeatable. Very large room with full kitchen. Really silent hotel and private no contact check in. 12 mins in a taxi from the airport and lovely tranquil Madrid neighbourhood. Very easy to get to the airport on the metro if needed also. Fantastic! Highly recommended."
