"We werden vanwege een 'technisch probleem' in een ander appartement ondergebracht, bijna 200 meter verderop, langs een zeer drukke weg zònder voetpad. Het 'technische probleem' bleek een dubbele boeking te zijn....... Ons werd verteld dat het appartement een privé opgang naar het strand zou hebben, dit bleek een van sloop hout gebouwde steiger met een trappetje de zee in, tussen rotsblokken van 3x3 meter. The shower was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable thanks to the topper, and the towels were changed daily. The kitchenette was very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. "The hotel was a perfect place to stay in Acireale. This was our second time at this hotel and it was just as good as we remembered. Deborah and Rita were both incredibly helpful and made our visit even that much more enjoyable."

"It is a beautiful spot! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The floors are a terracotta or stone tile and you need to wear slippers or shoes on them. The outdoor furniture is nice but very old and in need of freshening up and cleaning. The pool is stunning and a nice break in warmer afternoons. The breakfast was well done and great start to the day. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. The office was very helpful."
