"The pool walk out room was great for stays with kids as you can watch from your patio and they can travel back and forth from the pool. That staff was very helpful and the firepits were on the entire evening for roasted marshmellows and smores. The pool was 85 degrees and perfect for year round swim enjoyment. The property is well kept and I got a great deal even considering it was spring break weekend. This will not be my last time staying at the Woodlands Resort."

"Clean room, staff were all super friendly. Pool was nice and hot tub! My kiddos loved it. The only thing is the elevator is VERY slow. Waited a good bit to get it, once button was pushed. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor so we just took the stairs. Breakfast was so good!! Sausage, potatoes and biscuits and gravy is what I had. But, had plenty of options "

"At the time property was being renovated, with some demolition above had to leave as we where informed that the work would continue until 7:00PM and decided to leave and asked for a refund. No manager on site and we ended up loosing our money. When hotels are under renovation, it has to be disclosed prior. Hotels.com gave $25 quick cash back, but overall lost money."
