"Horrible time! Only one elevator working so took anywhere between 5-10 minutes waiting. Our AC was broken and all they could do was give us fans to get through had no other open rooms to put us in and only gave $40 credit back. It stayed 85 degrees in our room. We didn’t sleep and could never get anyone on the phone and no one was ever at the front desk to help. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to front."

"Disappointing stay. Room was ok and typical Westin but bars next door were loud until 2am. Garbage in hallways and pool area was never cleaned up. Surprise destination fee of $25 plus tax… asked for a late check out (Marriott silver status) and the hotel wanted $65. Guess loyalty programs mean nothing. Will not stay again. "

"They took care of me even thought there was problems with some of the rooms."

"We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. That was the main reason we booked our stay. Beds were not comfortable either. Shower water pressure was good and front desk staff was friendly. The hotel overall needs a little TLC. "

"Stayed here for one night before a race. Convenient location: near the highway but still quiet and lots of food options closely. Rooms are clean but show some signs of wear and tear. AC can be loud. Friendly check in. "
