"Guy at front desk 4/13 in the evening was rude, short conversation, acted like the people he spoke with was dumb and wouldn't answer our questions fully. Shower paint was coming off so the floor was rough and the shower itself leaked and didn't fully switch from bath running water to shower, so pressure was off. gym was nice, pool was fine as well. room cleanliness was average"

"We've stayed at this property numerous times but I have to say that we were very disappointed this trip for several reasons.First we were very surprised that they offered family day passes now. We had just come off of a cruise full of kids and were looking forward to some peace and quiet and found the pool full of families on a day pass. We hung out by the pool until about noon and were about to go to lunch (since we couldn't check in yet) I double checked with front desk about our room before...

"The room was clean but right on a pretty noisy road. If you’re a light sleeper it might keep you up. I also found the bed pretty uncomfortable and there were very limited plugs near the bed and no usb or usbc ports by the bed at all The elavator is a long wait. "

"The staff were beyond very helpful, the room had lots of room, breakfast was included and maintained. I was impressed with this hotel.
The only issue I had was the shuttle. Most shuttles you wait in the lobby. Apparently you have to wait outside not much space outside in the front. I booked a shuttle then i asked the front desk and there I was told you have to go outside after waiting and see no word on the shuttle. The front desk said they called the shuttle and they will pick us up as it go...

"The hotel provides free shuttle from the airport which is very nice. The van has a trailer for luggage so the driver could pick up many customers at the same time. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Only thing is the bed is higher than the norm, which could be a challenge for elderlies. Fortunately, the hotel does have stools which was a lifesaver. The staff were super busy with phone calls and customers checking in, yet they remained courteous and we're very pleasant. Breakfast was basic...

"Checkin was very easy- upon pulling into the garage we were allowed to park and check in before going up into the garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
