"I found bugs in the mini fridge and a roach running in the cabinet under the safe. I took pictures. I talked to the front desk staff, she was kind and wanted to help but had to wait to get in touch with the manager. Several attempts later gave a new room same floor and bugs again. Housekeeping “inspected” the room and said nothing was wrong. Finally, I was upgraded to a new room and different floor. Maintenance inspected the room first. No issues with the room but all these caused me to miss the...

"The property had a great location because the beach was close by. The pool could have been bigger though. I love the whole roof top vibes and for the most part, the property was cleaned. However, we stayed by the pool section where we could open our sliding door and the pool was right there. I got bit up a few times due to mosquito bites inside the room. The guy at the front desk wasn’t too nice. He talks over you and doesn’t take the time to listen. We had a few questions and he just wasn’t...

"Room is spacious, however I did not get any housekeeping services for the two nights I stayed. I called the front desk to inquire and they assured housekeeping would come, but they never did. Front attendant extended check out time and offered credit for inconvenience.
Rooftop restaurant had great options but they put an automatic 18% gratuity for a party of 1.
Nice hotel and good location overall, however for the price point, they did not exceed my expectations."

"I have stayed there a couple of timed this year. This time was not the best, the room was small, very disappointing. Thought I booked a deluxe ocean view, seemed more like a standard partial ocean view. The front desk was no help with that. They just keep saying it was an expedia room. Funny I booked that same deluxe room twice and got exactly what I booked."

"The property was under construction, which we were not aware of. It wasn’t really an issue. There were no plug outlets to enable use of a CPAP Machine. The placement of the room air conditioner/heater is unusual between the bed and the window, which is about 3 feet from window to bed. Your body is either freezing or I’m sure roasted when heat is used. Thermostat Wall control is fine but not fun to work with at 4am.
The location is very good."
