"Very clean tidy comfortable room! Very easy check in. Was better than expected! Only negative is someone in the room near us was blasting music and singing kareoke most of the night so we didn’t get much sleep. Stricter rules for being quiet after 10pm would have made this experience much better."

"The hotel is good, stayed there once before. This time the mattresses were very not as good as last time, I was sinking in. The biggest let down was the Tesla charging. Last time I was charged $10, which was reasonable and the reason I stayed in this hotel again while visiting Nelson bay. This time I was charged $20! Apparently "the price went up few weeks ago" according to staff, but it didn't go up just few percent but doubled in price.. This was very disappointing.."

"The location of this Wyndam Property on Shoal beach is great. A parking spot was given to us. Wifi worked well, the room was functional. The kitchen was fine. however, the bathroom window opened and there was a walkway. There were kids that played outside of it so it was not priviate. Also I paid for an ocean view. the room we had sat very far back on the proprety so the view was very limited. From the living room there was a large building to view. I had to step way out on the patio to see the bay. The people at the reception were very nice ad helpful. there are good place to eat and drink very close tot he property and on the property."

"A pleasant and easy place to stay for a family. Friendly staff were welcoming. Bonus that there are EV chargers available in one of the car parks. Pool is lovely. "

"Outstanding stay. Staff were so lovely, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and the amenities were 10/10. The pool/cabanas were the icing on the cake. Cannot fault it, highly recommended."
