The Scarlett Pearl is a very nice hotel and casino. No fee for parking. Excellent food in all the restaurants. Was crowded in the casino due to it being a weekend. Security and cashier staff very courteous.

The level of hospitality was exceptional, from valet, to check in, to gaming, and to dining. The only criticism I have is that they need more concierge service.

Best resort in Biloxi area. D'iaberville is a quaint riverfront kid friendly resort with excellent staff. I will definitely stay again.

Security is posted at the elevators and you have to show your ID and room key before gaining access to the elevators. Ok, I understand their safety/fire marshall concerns. But, I had to show my ID to the same guards every time. You'd think they would wave you through after the 2nd or 3rd time you walked up to them. Also, my friend had to be added to my room as a guest and show her ID to gain entry to the elevators even though she was visiting my room while I showered before dinner. Quite the hassle.

We had an excellent stay, would definitely go back again. Beautiful view from the 14th floor with floor to ceiling windows and bright room. Everything was very clean and comfy bed. Security here is exceptional! The food was also very good. No complaints.

Beautiful high-end resort service hotel for a very reasonable price (May 2024). Everything was absolutely fabulous. Con: Better instructions needed at check-in on needing the room key and that each guest must show ID each time you pass the attendant desk for the elevators and also how to use the room key on the keypad in elevator (which is at the bottom instead of the top of the numbers) and then pressing your floor while keypad is activated. It took us several tries to activate the floor number. I love that they do this for our security tho. Self parking garage needs a sign in the lobby for the exit to garage elevator. Not everyone uses valet parking. Maybe we missed it, but we didn’t find one and had to go back and ask for directions. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the property and the room was spacious and wonderful. We didn’t visit the casino or restaurants, but they were Las Vegas style in beauty and cleanliness.

Thanks to the woman at registration (sorry we did not get her name), we had an absolutely beautiful, spacious room with a gorgeous water view. The room was extre.ely comfortable. Great security in the hotel. Special shout out to Vincent who served us at the Under the Oak Cafe - very attentive and friendly. Only negative is the shower - door is on the wrong end and would be very difficult to get in and out of. Nothing to grab on to.

Its beautiful. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and it smelled of strong cigarette smoke. Next time we are there i will make sure we are on the 15th floor or above.

No one answer the phone when I called for more than 20 minutes at 1:00 am to complain the room Nextdoor too loud, I had to take elevator to security to report in person. The security personnel knows I am the hotel guest, I still have to show ID every time to go back to the room.

Everything was beautiful. The issue was that our room wasn't serviced each day after we left for the day. We had to request fresh towels every day instead of them being serviced. Maybe we needed to request a fresh room each day?
