Room on ground floor in next building to reception and was clean, accessible and large. Except for two nights from noisy hotel guests, which hotel staff managed to control the stay was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast at DoiDeep restaurant opposite hotel was great 👍. Reception staff were very friendly and super helpful, where we communicated via watsapp. Location was walkable to Dalat market and transport by taxi was convenient. Appreciate the warm hospitality provided by hotel staff. Many thanks to hotel staff 🙏👍🙏

3 bedroom suite was enough for the 5 of us. We travelled with two teens and 3 adults. Reception was great, they asked us nightly if we needed anything and had great recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Bonus was there was a laundry close by and we had 10kg of laundry done for 130k.

立地は良いがサービスに不満あり

夜勤でフロントにいたある男性スタッフがとても態度が悪かった(声をかけても挨拶、発語一切なし。目も合わさない)。それ以外のスタッフはフレンドリーでした。 2日間部屋の掃除やシーツ交換をしてくれなかったため、スタッフに声をかけて改善。タオルや備品のお茶がない日もあった。 部屋には虫が多く、私も家族も蚊の様なものに刺されました。

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the central area such as Da Lat market but just far enough to miss the noise coming from it, esp. the night market. We booked a 3-bedroom suite and each room comes with its own bathroom which was perfect for 5 of us. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The sink/toilette/shower all in one bathroom design is not our cup of tea as the bathroom is always wet and you always have to worry about tripping and falling whenever you just want to use the toilet or the sink, left alone leaving anything in there to get wet. It’s a common thing in Vietnam and space efficient but we just didn’t care for it. The customer service is top notch in this hotel though. The receptionist helped us with luggage, as well as recommendation with local restaurants ,guide our driver on parking, etc., all with a smile. We definitely would stay again next time we’re in Da Lat.

Small apartment hotel with a cafe on ground floor with the reception area. Staff are courteous throughout the stay. However, only have 1 aircondition unit in the 2 beds room. Not enough to cool the whole place during the hot days but evening was ok as temperature drops to about 18-20 degrees C. the sauna was great to use. Easy to move around to the nearby lake and Go supermarket. Moving aound was easy with Grab transportation. Night walking street was good to move aound with many food n clothings stalls. Visited the waterfall areas which is not far away from hotel.
