Staff and services offered were great, especially the pool staff and water sports staff as we went for SUP during our stay. The location of the resort and lack of dining options outside of the resort is a negative in our opinion. Onsite dining options were ok in terms of taste, nothing to crave or rave about; though staff were friendly and courteous. Overall, we enjoyed the pools and water sports options the most.

Everything is ok! Just a little anoying when hotel allowed guesses to put trash-on floorS (breakfast area, poolareas...). Need to control this situationbetter to minimize insectgoing to next door guesses.

If you like Golf, Rest and Relaxation and superior food and service this place is for you, but if you want to experience Vietnam this remote location might not offer what you’re looking for. With that said, there are activities and tours 7 days a week, I just didn’t partake.

Beautiful resort, friendly and efficient staff, rooms spacious, clean and tidy Quite far off the main towns (Hue is 1h away and Hoi An is 2h away) but pretty much self contained and enough activities to spend 3-4 days without getting bored. Food was good generally and the Angsana pool and landscaping was beautiful - wonderful afternoons spent poolside just enjoying the breeze and the sun

Pleasant stay despite initial check-in issue where front desk staff was not trained to recognize Expedia VIP Access guests or the existence of such program at all; we asked if there's complimentary upgrade available, understanding it's the weekend but was met with a blank stare. We eventually settled in our upgrade unit which was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast restaurant staff also stopped us at entry because "each guest can only have breakfast once" after we come back from outside. For a second I thought I'm staying at some military camp :) not a 5 star hotel.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front suite which was nice and spacious. Nice view of the ocean from room and the plunge pool. The food at all the restaurants in the hotel as well as the adjacent Banyan tree was excellent. Downside was the place is very far from civilisation. Takes minimum 1-1.5 hour to get anywhere in Da Nang. Also the evenings were extremely dead. Felt like a ghost town post 5 pm. The rooms were a bit run down and showed signs of wear an tear.

Great place to stay for a quiet get away. How ever it’s in a remote location so be prepared to travel some distance if you want to experience the local towns.

〇フエからもダナンからも車で1時間程度かかる。ダナン空港からは2時間に1本程度の無料シャトルバスがでている。以前に読んだ口コミでフエからもシャトルバスがでていると思いお願いしたが、でていなかった。フエからタクシーで800,000ドン。 〇スイート1ベッドルームプライベートプールシービューを予約。部屋に通されるとメゾネットタイプでリビングの窓からは玄関が見え、ベッドルームからはプール付きのバルコニーがありこちらはシービュー。どちらの階にもバスルームがあり広々としているけれど・・・階段もやたらと長く・・・フロントにお願いして、メゾネットタイプではない部屋がないか聞いてみたら、コートヤードタイプに変更してくれた。シービューではないけど、こちらの方はキッチン（電子レンジ付）があり、バスルームも広くて使いやすかった。 〇プールの面積は広い。通路が多くてそれを行き来して楽しかった。ジャグジーや滝のような設備もある。 〇バンヤンツリーまでの船が楽しかった。 〇カヤックなど無料のアクティビティもあり、たのしめる。 〇朝からシャンパン、ホットチョコレート、ベトナムコヒーなどなんでもリクエストに応えてくれる。 〇3泊したが、朝食はすこしずつメニューも変わり、飽きることなくおいしくいただけた。 〇レストランはどこもおいしいが、日本のホテルの食事と同じくらいか高いくらい。 〇ホテルのエントランスがとてもきれい！ 〇お部屋の内装やレストランはどこもおしゃれでセンスよくまとめられている。 〇スタッフはいつも笑顔でやさしく親切。

Fantastiskt hotell. Har bott på många hotell. Detta är ett av de bästa. Den enda jag kan klaga på är att poolen möjligen var lite för lång (200 meter kanske?) och för varm. Och en sak till. Pga avståndet till andra ställen blir man hänvisad att äta på hotellet. Dyrt jämfört med andra vietnamesiska rest. Ungefär 150 kronor för en lite billigare rätt. Men å andra sidan väldigt bra, innovativ och säker mat. Men sammantaget 10 av 10

Hotel is located in very natural area and it means "nothing but hotel." Most activity is probably related something available at the hotel. Beautiful room and pool are good for people in short term. But other things are not provided there. If people want to simply take a rest, it must be the best place.

Beautiful with sub standard service
The hotel setting is great and it is very high quality for comfort. There is no atmosphere at night as all guests keep to their rooms/suites. Service in the restaurants is variable - breakfast staff were marvellous but in the evening restaurants it was poor on more than one occasion. these restaurants are very expensive and the food poor to average. Poor English from several reception staff. Don't book for longer than 3 days.

Great property with a lot of potential. However, while we were there many of the daily kids activities were cancelled. The dining options are also limited, including the ones at the Banyan Tree next door (and the room service has the smallest menu ever), probably ok for a 2-3 day stay (we stayed five nights)

The service was outstanding. This was our second stay at this property, the previous occasion being pre-Covid. While other resorts are working their way back to pre-Covid service standards, the Angsana outdid itself. The staff at the front desk, restaurants and housekeeping were very responsive in helping with our various needs including planning sightseeing, transport arrangements and meal requests. The option to access the restaurants at the neighbouring Banyan Tree resort was a plus.

Good service and environment
The bedroom is nicely kept and very spacious. They give us a loft suite with swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff is very friendly and nice. Some staff even remember our names and our breakfast preferences. They also could arrange shuttle to and fro Banyan tree hotel (their sister hotel), where we try the spa and restaurants, which are highly above our expectations.

Our stay was amazing from the very beginning. Han helped us check in and explained all of the amazing activities and restaurants at the resort. After checking in my wife was able to connect with her on Whatapp and she was able to arrange restaurant reservations and activities even while we were on the go. Our room was beautiful and we were welcomed with cookies, a fruit bowl, and a wonderful aromatic oil diffuser. The activities team is absolutely amazing. We took a scenic photo tour of the resort including the hill nearby with its beautiful overlook. Bamboo dancing was very fun and the activity team helped us learn the dance in a very open and welcoming way. Our son (6 years old) loved all of the activities and the team was great with kids. A few other activities that we did: - Boat ride on the canal with Santa - Bamboo cup painting - Seashell picture frame making We stayed over Christmas, and there was a pop up children’s corner with a bouncy house, balloons, and face painting. I was very impressed by the amazing work of the activity team. The pool is great. When arriving the pool staff finds a space just for your family and sets up the towels for you. The lazy river is very long and a great thing for the kids to explore. It’s one giant pool, but it winds around and has various spots that make it feel like 6-7 different pools. The grounds are kept exceptionally clean and it’s a beautiful resort to walk around.

Amazing hotel! Easily would stay here again!
An incredible resort! We loved being there and enjoyed all the festivities for Christmas! It was a wonderful Christmas and appreciate all the wonderful hospitality. I would say the only downside to it all was that we were very far from the city and any touristy things.
