호텔숙박일정 변경에 대해 체크인할때는 거절하고 통보없이 얼리 체크아웃을 해버려서 마지막날은 클리닝서비스도 없이 반나절 숙박함. 호텔관리쪽의 미흡한 점을 제외하면 만족스러웠음

Fantastic rooms and excellent views of the river. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfasts. Will definitely be staying here again.

非常に静かな立地にあるホテル
このホテルは繁華街から隔離された中洲にあります。歩いてどこかに行く気になれず、外の世界へ行くには車が必要です。タクシーはベルで呼んでもらえばすぐに来ます。  朝食会場はホテルの部屋数に対して小規模です。時間をずらして食べる必要があります。

Peronnel aux petits soins
Equipe formidable toujours aux petits soins. Toutefois on est loin d'un 5 *! pas de concierge, pas de réelles info touristiques ... Ca me semble surtout un hôtel pour cars chargés de tourisme, activité principale de la ville. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambres extrêmement sombres. J'ai fait ajouter des éclairages pour éviter la dépression. L'hôtel est isolé et pas au bord de la mer ... ni du centre ville. Une fois qu'on a compris tout ça on passe un excellent séjour !

다낭에 또 가게 된다면 무조건 다시갈 호텔
친구와 2박3일 여행에서 전망이 좋고 시설이 좋은 곳을 찾다가 예약했어요. 바로 앞에 강과 다리가 있어 도시가 넓게 보이고 시설도 정말 깨끗하구요. 위치도 롯데마트와 한시장과 가까워요. 무엇보다도 직원들이 진짜 친절해요. 우리가 대한항공을 탈때 되게 친절하다고 느끼잖아요? 근데 그거보다도 더 친철하다고 느껴질정도에요.(특히 노란색 옷 입고 다니시는 분들) 그리고 여기는 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 영어 어려우시거나 물어보기 힘든거 있으면 찾으시면 되서 편한것도 있었구요(HAEUN 뱃지 달고 다니시는 하은님^^) 그렇게 즐겁게 여행하다가 크게 넘어지는 사고가 있어서 온몸에 피는 철철나고 다리절뚝거리면서 호텔 다시 들어오는데 정말 직원분들 다나오셔서 케어해주시고 소독도구 다챙겨주시고 한 덕분에 한국까지 무사히 왔네요. 한국도착해서도 괜찮은지 계속 물어봐주신 하은님 감사해요ㅎ 진짜 친절하세요 다치고 경황이 없어서 호텔방 금고에 지갑까지 놓고왔는데, 귀찮으실법한데도 내내 친절하게 한국으로 다시 보내주셨어요 정말 제가 가본 최고의 호텔 중 하나에요. 예약하고 절대 후회 안하는 호텔!

年越しを過ごすためにデラックスルームを予約しました。眺めもハン川向き、夜景も良かったですし、設備も綺麗で満足しています。部屋はシャワーのみ、温度調節が難しいことを除けば、とても清潔。デラックスルームはプライベートラウンジが利用でき18時〜22時はビールやワイン、軽食が食べられます。また朝食もこのラウンジが利用でき、静かな中でゆっくりできて最高でした。スタッフの接客もフロント、ベル、ラウンジの方全てが素晴らしくずっと滞在したいホテルです。 I booked a deluxe room to spend the New Year. The view from this room was so good. The room was clean and satisfied except for the shower that is difficult to control the temperature. We could use a private lounge and could spend time with beer, wine and snacks from 18:00 to 22:00. In addition, this lounge was available for breakfast and was able to relax in quiet. The staff, the receptionist, and the lounge staff were all good and friendly.

日本語がある程度わかるスタッフが2名いるので安心。 ラウンジが使用できる部屋を予約したので、朝夕の食事はそこで無料でもできるが、朝はメニューからオーダーとブッフェ、夜はブッフェのみだった。 夕食は満足度が高いとは言えないので外で食べる方が良いかと思う。 立地面についてはシャトルバスがあるのでそれを利用しないと毎回外に出るのにタクシーが必要となる。 とはいえ、金額的には知れてるのでそこまでの負担にはならない。

Excellent property!! Room was beautiful with a great river view of the Dragon Bridge! Highly recommend you upgrade your room to include higher floor river view room including the Privilege Lounge! Well worth the extra cost! Staff was phenomenal! Truly a superior hotel at a very reasonable cost!

Disappointing stay really. Unfortunately, the check in experience set the tone for the stay at this hotel. Because I didn’t want to upgrade to have breakfast at the hotel, the staff just seemed to look down her nose at me. Location of the hotel is not great ... room facilities not great either ... overall, very disappointed by my experience and will certainly not be staying here again

毎回、初めまして
この3年で5度宿泊していますが、チェックインの際、毎回、どの部屋を予約しているかと聞かれますので面倒です。アコーズで予約すると違うのかもしれませんが。それと、朝食は1Fでとると、7時台の早い時間帯は中国の団体客が多く大混雑。1人だとテーブルに案内もしてくれないので8時前くらいに行くようにしてます。今回は帰りの都合もあり、7時すぎに行きましたが案の定の状況。席数も十分で、料理の種類や量にも問題はなさそうなので、単にオペレーションの問題かとは思いますが。ラウンジフロアなら問題ありませんでした。あと、ドアスタッフの女性も中国人客に気を取られていて、こちらが両手に荷物でも目の前で平気でドアを閉めます。室内の設備やルームダイニングのサービスなど何も不満はありませんし、何より、価格が安いと思います。スタッフも人によるところが大きい感じもするので、出来るだけ団体客の行動時間からずらして動けば、不快に思うことは減るかと思います。レジャーで泊まろうとはあまり思いません。

최악. 영업. 사기. 다시는 가고싶지 않은 곳.
서비스 최악. 다낭 최악의 기억. 체크인할때 오늘만 하는 프로모션이라고 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 하려고 직원이 열심히 영업. 미니바 무료라고 해서 컵라면과 물하나 마셨는데 체크아웃할때 다른직원이 미니바 무료 아니라며 133000동 뜯어감^^ 내가 영어를 잘하고 서양인이였다면 이랬을까 싶다. 21층 라운지에서 아이스 아메리카노 두잔도 못알아듣던 직원 미니바 이용값은 잘만뜯어가더라. 영어로^^ 최악. 불쾌. 이전에 머물렀던 호이안과 다낭의 다른 호텔들과 전혀 다르게 친절과 서비스란건 찾아볼 수 없음. 헤어 드라이기도 손으로 계속 누르지 않으면 바람 안나옴. Vip 라운지는 이용가치가 없을정도로 형편없음. 먹을것도 빈약. 직원들은 말걸기 무안할정도로 무표정에 어떨때는 대꾸도 안함. 좋은점은 다낭 시내 접근성. 끝
