This was the best place we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff are friendly and helpfull. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast surpassed expectations. The pool was a fun place to relax. Little Town Villa is highly recommended.

Absolute 10/10 stay. From organising airport transfers to making us feel so welcome the whole time we were there, we can’t recommend this place enough. The rooms are big and great, the service is amazing, and the owner Vin makes you feel like a part of the family. And if you’re after a suit, she has a store next door with amazing quality & turnaround times. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Great Value in a Good Location
The staff at Little Town Villas are so kind; everyone had a smile and was ready to help. I stayed at many places during my 3-week vacation in Vietnam and I felt my room at Little Town Villas was the cleanest. The bed appeared to have fresh sheets/bedding, while other places I stayed did not. The breakfast was very good, and everyone cooking and serving was so friendly. The hotel was also able to arrange for transportation to the airport for me. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel and will definitely stay here again. This was the best place for me when considering price, location and quality.

We liked our room, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in quiet environment and was closed for travelling in the center and markets.

Little Town Villa which is a family-run hotel is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. The family suite which we stayed in is remarkably big, spacious, clean, well-lit and well provided with everything. There is separate bathroom with a beautiful tub from the toilet and both are equally spacious and clean with the wash basin outside. Towels and bed linen are remarkably clean. There are 3 king-sized beds which are very comfortable and a big living area and balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool which is a real bonus especially after a hectic day in the hot sun. The pool is amazingly clean and is very relaxing and calming with beautiful and interesting landscape. The staff and the owner are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They are all out to welcome their guests and make sure the guests have comfortable stay with them. We were even served with a delicious and refreshing freshly-made welcome fruit juice. There is no lift as there are only 3 floors and the reception staff was so kind to help us carry our heavy luggage up the 1st floor. The breakfast provided was fantastic with lot of local delicacies which were tasty and they were specially prepared by the owner herself and guests can also order eggs of their own choice. Food on the breakfast counter was replenished every minute. Even on the day we had to check out early, the owner promised to get breakfast ready for us before our departure to My Son. There are free bicycle usage and Wi-Fi is really fast.

A short walk to the town, but far enough away to get a good night sleep. Very friendly staff, lovely room, and the pool was a pleasure to use. I would definitely stay there again!

An excellent hotel in Hoi An.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is two years old, beautifully clean, with excellent amenities, a lovely garden and swimming pool. The breakfasts were good with eggs to order and good variety . Our second floor corner room was spacous and bright. The owner was gracious and helpful as were all staff. The hotel is walking distance to the old town.

The property was located close to Old Hoi An, very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed their stay there and we'd highly recommend it!

최고의 숙소, 가성비는 덤
조식, 룸컨디션, 직원 서비스 등 부족함 없이 완벽했습니다. 개인적으로 조식은 단촐하지만 호이안 유명식당에서 먹은 음식보다 맛있었습니다. 올드타운과 가까운 거리에 위치해서 걸어서 관광할 수 있고 무료 대여해주는 자전거를 이용하셔도 좋습니다. 달러 환전도 좋은 가격으로 해주니 참고하세요. 조용하고 베트남 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 숙소로 다시 호이안을 간다면 재방문하고 싶어요!!

Nice littel gem in Hoi An
We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. It's family run hotel and has excellent service. There are free bikes available from the hotel where you can check out and bike around town. Can't beat the price and the accomadation. If I came back, I'll stay there.

Highly recommended. Charming, safe and comfortable
A family run charming hotel very professionally run. The staff are all lovely, and most accomodating. The room we had was huge with king sized bed and massive bath! Fridge and jug in the room. The swimming pool was a great bonus. Walkable to all attractions. The breakfast was beautiful, with all kinds of local food as well as catering to the western palate with eggs and toast with jam if wanted. I organised a shuttle through the hotel pick us up from the airport on arrival. The amazing bonsia trees around the property were wonderful, apparently a hobbie of the man of the house. I loved them.

Attractive, comfortable hotel in a good location
This hotel has large, beautiful rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. Its location—just a short ten-minute walk from Hoi An ancient town—is excellent, and the hotel provides free bicycles! My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet is in an open-air room and thus there were flies all over the food. Fortunately, they also provide freshly cooked breakfasts, so this wasn’t a problem for us, but we were reluctant to eat the buffet food, and we noticed not many other people were eating it either. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

ヤーリークチュールの本店(生地の種類が豊富)に近く、何度も行き来するのに便利。スタッフさんがとても親切で、ベトナム語が分からないのでとても助かった。ホイアンの観光中心までは10分ほど歩くが、がっつり観光ではなく程々にリラックスしたい旅にはとてもオススメの宿。リピートしたい宿。

Small family run hotel with superb services
The hotel is in a great location not too far from the old town. The facilities were excellent and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Free bikes were available. Beautiful breakfast included. We will come back if in Hoi An again

시장까진 도보로 대략 10분정도? 걸리는 어느정도 한적한 곳
호이안 시장이 있는 곳까지 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 도보로 10분정도? 야시장 갔다가 숙소에 올때 상가들 불이 대부분 꺼져있어서 좀 어두울 수 있습니다. 그 점 빼면 다른 나쁜 점은 없었네요~

Lovely hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. Walking distance to centre of town and night market. Shops next to it to book taxis to airport. Staff very friendly and good service. Breakfast had a nice selection although juice wasn’t refereshed it it ran out. Lovely pool area, you can swim anytime

Sweet Town
Loved loved the sweet smiling owner who was always there to help us in anyway. Her husband is a great tailor and made my husband a shirt in one day. The room was clean and comfy, great beds and good breakfast included. The feel of the property was intimate and unique. Great shops and food all around and easy walk to ancient town. But Vin and How, the owners really made the place extra special. I will stay again on my next trip. Hoi An is a magical place.

Excellent Hoi An hotel near Ancient Town
This was a great experience. I was welcomed with a drink while checking it. The room was large, clean, and well appointed. I really enjoyed chatting with the family that owns the hotel. The pool was cool and refreshing and they offered bicycles to explore the area. The Ancient Town is 5 minutes walk and the beach is an easy bike ride through the rice paddies. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who is traveling to Hoi An next month and would love to return for a visit myself.

Modernes Hotel gut nahe der Stadt
Die Hotel Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Die Eigentümer sehr Liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns ideal, man ist in wenigen Minuten in Altstadt-Kern kann aber dem permanenten Trubel auch entfliehen und einfach mal einen Tag am Pool entspannen. Wir werden sofort wieder hier Einchecken wenn wir wieder mal in der Nähe sind.

Lovely hotel close to the ancient town
I can't rate this hotel high enough! The staff were all amazing, this did so much for us to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and new and big! And it was only a short walk into the ancient town. We loved it and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great new family run Hotel
Loved this place, had a very large room with very modern marble bathroom. As new, everything was perfect and finishes are for 3 stars to a very high standard. Nice breakfast room next to the pool , had both buffet and from card breakfast, Very fresh and very nice service. The position of the hotel is great, short walk to all the sights and the staff was very helpful in organising scooter and taxis. But they are able to organise all trips. Free new bicycles so you can visit back roads and beach. We loved the little tough of fruit on arrival and tea when we left. Can only recommend this place , great value for money.
