Our place was not ready to open in the middle of the night for a "last minute" reservation at 2:16am. We have been very concerned with refunds and have sent you a refund request as soon as possible. We hope that after a while you can understand that your reservation is a rare case in our welcome policy. Or perhaps your mobile device has not been synchronized with the time of your travel destination, making you think we cannot welcome you. Sincere apologies for not being able to satisfy you.
