The staff at the property are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to assist. English translation at front reception is excellent. They assisted us to confirm and book restaurants and grab vehicles. They have bicycles you can use for free. A free shuttle bus into old town for convenience. Breakfasts are well catered for. Property in good location. Have stayed there on two occasions, very good prices, highly recommend it.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are excellent, Asian and continental. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Free shuttle bus into town, and bike hire. Easy walk to beach.

寝る前にシャワーと浴びようとしたときに備え付けのシャンプーが切れていたので、フロントに電話して持ってきてもらうよう頼んだらハウスキーパーが帰ったので明日の朝にしてくれと言われた。ホテルの対応としてどうかと思う。

The property is well situated close to the beach and easy access to the old city. Bikes are available for free. We walked into town each day, 4 kms and about 75 minutes (we are 60). An ba beach is an easy ride too. The staff are really helpful, lovely people.

Hinta/laatusuhde ok mutta ajanpatina näkyy. Tosin korjaajat oli töissä eli ehkäpä muutaman kk päästä kunnossa. Rantaan muutasatametri joka huonossa kunnossa. Pidemmällä etelään(n 1 km) upea ranta. Lähellä paljon pikkuravintoloita, joissa hyvä ruoka.

Loved the river view! Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location a bit isolated. Restaurant was very good. Didn't have time to use the shuttle service but great that it was available. All drivers were punctual and accommodating.

Nice place for relaxation
Nice hotel in my opinion, spent the most of the time on the nearby beach, but the room had a nice terrace. You could borrow bikes, something we did.

The bar was never staffed but could just have been because it was the of season. The staff were very helpful but the overall property needs some work, it's getting a little tired.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The room was huge, the bathroom was clean and the resort is so peaceful. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into town about 4 times a day, the times aren't super convenient but taxis were easy to find and very cheap. The restaurant food wasn't great but go into to town and there are heaps of beautiful restaurants. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Give it a miss
The resort is in desperate need of some TLC but I think this is reflected in the price you pay. Breakfast is great as long as you arrive by 7, otherwise the food stays for 3 hours and taking a late breakfast is not an option as everything is covered in flies. I arrived 9:45 one day and they had already packed up for true day. Coffee was available though: I took an evening trip to the marble mountains and was very angry to spend the first hour of the tour at a shop where owners were aggressively trying to sell you wares. They tried to fob me off with it’s a charity weekend but that was not the case, the charity market came later. I subsequently cancelled the following trip, I love buying the nick jacks on offer but this was truly something ekse and made me feel vulnerable. I took some room service the evening before departure and had to send the vanilla ice cream back because it was green. Next thing I know the resauant manager has been called in from his fathers funeral!!!!! To deal with the drama. The poor man was heart broken and I was livid that for the sake of 80 pence the man had been distressed so much. Finally when I came to check out, there were extra charges on my bill for spa treatments that I had already paid in cash directly to the spa, but honestly couldn’t be arsed with the battle given the previous evenings debacle so I paid the extra £8. Just about to leave and the receptionist starts going mad about a cup, said i had stolen it but it had been On RS tray!

Resort is lacking in amenities. Areas of resort needed cleaning. Had to request numerous times for rubbish to be removed from pool area. Fitness centre consists of broken equipment. Rooms were ok. Reception staff were lovely and always had a smile.

해변이 매우 가까움
일단 해변이 엄청 가까워요. 걸어서 5분 정도.. 바로 앞에 강도 흐르고 내부 편의 시설은 괜찮은 편입니다. 사진에서 보는 것과는 다르게 리조트 내부 수영장이 큰 편입니다. 수영장은 아이들이 놀 수 있는 깊이와 어른들이 놀 만한 깊이로 구분되어져 있구요. 수영을하기에는 좁지만 물놀이하기에는 딱 좋은 크기입니다. 시설은 오래 된 편이지만 가성비는 괜찮아요. 공항까지 픽업서비스가 있는데 USD 44로 가격은 나쁘지 않은 것 같습니다만 저는 처음에 도착했을 때 통화가 안돼는 Usim을 구매하는 바람에 운전사랑 연락이 안돼서 30분 정도 기다렸어요.

Minutes from the beach away from all the hustle!
The River Beach is a few minutes walk from the beach but once inside the hotel it’s very peaceful. The hotel could do with some renovation to make it a bit more modern and the pool area needs a fix up. WiFi was really poor. Don’t expect to come here and stream anything (you can barely get emails)! Other than that you want to relax around the pool or go to the beach it’s ideal.

Dårlig renlighed på værelset. Fandt flere store hårklumper på begge vores badeværelser. Bruserne virkede ikke. Og maden, puha en skuffelse. Bestilte en pizza på hotellets restaurant, og fik serveret en frysepizza, som oven i købet kun lige var varmet til at den blev tøet op. Ved ikke hvordan de kan kalde sig et 4-stjernet hotel (de reklamerer de tydeligt med ellers). Alt i alt passer 2-2.5 stjerne oplevelsen i forhold til prisen. Book et andet hotel, der er bedre til samme pris i Hoi An området

편안하고 평범한 숙소
1층 정원 옆 룸을 예약했으나 벌레가 자주 출나와서 불쾌하였음. 매니저에게 통보 시 즉시 2층으로 룸을 교체해 주었음. 노후된 시설이나 관리상태는 양호. 조식은 보통. 수영장은 좋았고 프라이빗 비치는 모두 해변가 식당과 연계되어있음. 호이안 구시가지로 무료 셔틀 운행되어 좋음

Booked in Dec 2017 for a river facing room, two days before we arrive, room location changed, but noticed a group of french tourists were given our room. Party in the next two rooms closest to ours for two nights with approx 12 young men. Complained second night nothing much changed. Booked out of hotel next morning and stayed the rest of our holiday in Hoi An in a beautiful hotel. When you go onto a hotel internet site, please be aware, it would appear that that some images are photo shopped. This hotel definitely in need of a make over.

Schöne Anlage, tolle und ruhige Umgebung
Das Hotel liegt etwa 4 km außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum Hoi An. Daher sehr ruhig, angehm zu ewigen Straßenlärm, außerdem gibt es im Umfeld des Hotels zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Essen und Trinken. Bis hin zum Strand, wo man ebenfalls in guter Atmospäre dem leiblichen Wohl frönen kann. Zum Stadtzentrum gelangt man entweder mit dem kostenfreien Shuttle des Hotels, mit dem Leihfahrrad oder eben mit dem Taxi ( etwa 80.000 VND ). Das Hotel als Anlage sehr schön. Mit einem Pool, einer Bar mit Blick auf den Fluss. Viel grün und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man sich zurück ziehen oder auch mit Leuten zusammen sitzen. Also es sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Das Personal, die Angestellten sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wer möchte kann alle Mahlzeiten im Hotel einnehmen. Wir können das Frühstück beurteilen. Für vietnamesische Verhältnisse recht gut, wenn auch bei 9 Tagen Aufenthaltsdauer wenig abwechslungsreich. Aber Essen ist ja Ansichtssache. Ansonsten Zimmer war wirklich in Ordnung, auch der Service und Reinigung ohne Beanstandung. Das Hotel insgesamt macht einen guten Eindruck, wenn auch das Alter doch schon zu erkennen ist. Somit vielleicht diese oder jene Sache problemlos zu reparieren wäre. Trotzdem und Fazit - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt....

Life is a Riverbeach
we were "downgraded" to a smaller room, but it had a river view balcony and we were given the difference in USD to spend at the hotel. unfortunately they didn't put this on our check-in paperwork so there were issues at check-out time. overall its a great hotel in a great position near the beach and you can use the free bicycles to ride to Hoi an town. the staff were very friendly but sometimes easily confused

Hvad indeholder 3 1/2 stjerne hoteller? Dette hotel har flere flotte billeder af stedet end stedet tilbyder. Sengene var gode men det var også forventet. Dyr og hammer elendig massage, ingen engelsktalende personale, forvirring i receptionen og i restauranten ved henvendelse, ringe brusebad uden varmt vand, osv. osv. Kan ikke anbefales i forhold til hvad andre tætliggende hoteller og hostels tilbyder!

Location better than facilities and service
The hotel has a superb location on the riverside with very nice garden area. It's looking a bit tired and we were initially allocated a room (junior suite) overlooking the road with a large terraced area containing 2 scruffy sun loungers (one broken). This balcony area had no shelter (a problem since it rained most days) No WiFi in the room (as advertised) so informed reception who said they'd fix it. After 3 days of chasing the WiFi resolution we asked for a room change, which we did - to a much better garden room. Breakfast quality and service was poor.

Quiet and relaxing hotel
We have been staying in the hotel for 3 nights. The environment in the hotel is quite nice, quiet and relaxing, though there's not much facilities. However, the bathroom are quite old, and the soundproof is really bad. We can hear clearly the people chatting in the next rooms. The shuttle bus schedule going to ancient town is not too frequent, there's only 1 shuttle schedule in the morning section departed at 9 sharp. It would be better to have one more shuttle in the morning section say at around 11.

值得第二次回头入住的度假酒店
酒店的服务真真值得五星级的，这个值得大大赞一个！大家对这个酒店的服务很满意！环境很好，位置不错，在酒店可以慢生活，是个度假的好地方！外出吃东西还算是方便的，去会安古城打的也不远。前台帮叫车，很方便。离海边很近。酒店在河边，风景太好，拍了好多在酒店的照片。小孩子和老人都喜欢得不行。值得推荐！要说唯一的不足，就是酒店wifi有十几个，但是没有一个是好用的，信号不强，时有是无。

꾸어다이 해변에서 걸어서 2분 정도 거리에 있고 로컬 숍들이 있어서 위치는 좋아요..로컬숍 런더리서비스 맡기면 1키로에 1달러 정도나와요..마사지는 호이안 시내에 화이트로즈 가세요...호텔 옆은 비추요..숙소는 전체적으로 오래된 느낌이지만 깔끔하게 관리하고 있어요...호텔직원들도 친절하고 무료 셔틀이 있어서 좋아요..시간표 줄건데 시간전 10분전에 나가서 기다리셔야 할 거에요..타는 사람이 많음..귀찮으면 택시 불러달라고 하시면 호이안시내까지 7만동 정도 나옵니다. 하프보드는 없어요...2박하면 디너 한번 무료...이것때문에 호텔스닷컴에서 못먹은 저녁값 환불 받았어요..호텔에 메일 보내면 확인은 안하네요 ㅎ 암튼 괜찮은 호텔이에요

하프보드 개념이 없음...2박 머물면 1번 디너포함...하프보드 예약은 안하시는게 좋음...물론 호텔스닷컴에서 하프보드 관련해서는 환불 잘 해줌...위치는 꾸어다이 해변 바로 앞네 있고 주변에 로컬샵들 많고 시장도 하나 있음..투숙객 대부분이 서양인....가끔 중국 단체 오는데 아주 시끄러움..그 외엔 호텔이 오래된 것 빼고 좋았음...단 와이파이가 잘 안터지는건 시급히 개선해야 함..
