The overall staffs were discriminated and poorly trained for a 5 stars hotel (more like 4 stars or less). Staffs (receptionist and waitress) on the 2nd floor casino were unbelievable, their attitude was mean and rude when we walked into the place. We weren’t feel welcome and was told that we weren’t allowed to walk into the casino. I was also told I’m being charged for complimentary bottles of water on my last day, truly disappointing. This place needs work specifically more on customer services. This is my first but also my last time stay here. Would recommend others to stay elsewhere if you want to experience more genuine hospitality.
