잘 이용하고 왔습니다!
알타라 스위츠에 있는 아파트먼트입니다. 가족 단위나 여러 친구가 이용하기 좋은 숙소입니다. 바닷가와 가까운 위치이나 시내와는 약간 거리가 있어요. 아주 더울 때 아니면 슬슬 걸어다니기 무리없는 위치입니다. 다른 건 다 좋은데 아파트먼트다 보니 매일 매일 청소가 제공되지 않아요. 그래서 청소 부탁하면 하루에 20만동씩 내야합니다. 그게 조금 그랬어요. 비용의 경우도 여럿이면 괜찮으나 많은 인원이 아니면 비효율 적입니다. 최소 성인 넷 혹은 성인 3명과 아이 2명 정도면 괜찮을 것 같아요.

Da Nang for family
The location was just okay because it was far from other shops or restaurants but the bonus side was it’s 2 minutes walk to the beach! I do like the quiet location and we cooked so it was ok to be farther away. Good area to stay if you want to just Grab or taxi to Marble Mountain and Ling Ung Pagoda. Room itself was spacious, clean, however it wasn’t really facing the sea. The building beside was Four Points Sheraton which was the one facing the sea. I liked how we could cook and wash/dry our clothes. The apartment had good working stove, microwave, washer and dryer. The amenities was so-so. We could only use the pool free of charge. The water in the pool was super cold during December even though temperature was just 24degree celcius.m. It’d be nicer to chill out in the pool if the water wasn’t freezing. Other amenities such as the gym and sauna was chargeable at VND200,000 per day per person which was expensive TBH. Overall, I would come back as it’s a perfect apartment for a family of 5.

Great location, Pretty view and Large Family place
Nice modern and spacious apartment with modern amenities offering panoramic views of My Khe beach. Location is awesome and within quick taxi drive from main city area. We were well taken care of by the owner and the manager. Only downside was construction of building next doors but the rooms were decently sound proofed, so not a real bother.

가격대비 시설이 너무 좋습니다. 호스트분도 영어를 능숙하게 하셔서 소통에 큰 문제가 없었어요 ^^ 바다보이는 뷰도 너무 좋았고, 조식은 포함되어있지않았지만 돈주고 먹어보니 맛있었어요:)
