Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. ...

The staff was amazing from check in, to breakfast, dinner, writers bar, gym & spa, room cleaning & turn down service… the hotel is south of the main action, but a quick taxi ride and you’re in the middle. Again, the staff were amazing!!
