Room was cleaned well. The view from our room was excellent. Definitely a problem with staff speaking English. We went to the pool but couldn't use it because it was too packed. We got a voucher of 150000 VND per day for Han restaurant, but this was restricting and we didn't use all the vouchers. ...

KOI Resort & Residence Da Nang - Inclusive Spa access
The room was very clean. Staff are attentive and friendly. The property is soooo beautiful. I could imagine having a destination wedding here. The complimentary breakfast was a plus to keep us satisfied until lunch time. The property is HUGE.
